1. Where is your store?
Comptoir Saint Jacques is not a shop but a workshop picking located in the Var Hyeres where we send the goods.

 

2. Do you have a catalog?
We have no printed catalog but a price list pdf format that can be downloaded from our site.

 

3. Do you have professional rates?

4. What is the means of transportation?
Orders are shipped from Hyeres, in southern France. Up to 25 kg, your order is assigned to the post and beyond to a carrier by mail. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

 

5. What are your guarantees?

Only products returned intact, unopened in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted.

 

7. Can I pay by check?
Yes. At the checkout, you can choose to pay by check. Upon receipt of your payment to our account, we will send your order.

 

8. How to know which countries you deliver?
We only ship in France, Switzerland and Belgium. If you are outside these countries ask by e-mail from us in serviceclients@comptoirsaintjacques.fr

 

9. Can I send a parcel to an address other than mine?
Yes. At the final confirmation of your order, please complete the form provided for this purpose in the "Shipping Address". Grasp the maximum information and notify the recipient of your shipment. If the parcel is returned to us because the recipient was not sought his package on time, you'll have to you pay the shipping costs related to the second mailing.

 

10. I have not yet received my order.
What should I do? When the package from our office, you receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the site Coliposte to monitor the progress of your parcel.
